These Terms govern your access to and use of the Extension provided by NBX-USA LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or professional informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension

• Use the Extension for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services or systems

All intellectual property related to the Extension - including the interface, models, analysis logic, branding, and content - is owned by NBX-USA LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Extension without explicit permission.

The Extension provides AI-generated analysis based on publicly available content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the analysis is always correct, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

The Extension does not represent facts or legal judgments, and its output should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

CIPHERO uses OpenAI API. Output from CIPHERO is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or misleading. You must not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBX-USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Extension.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Extension or your access to it at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
